Frequently Asked Questions
Simply Rooibos offers two delivery options:
- Via Courier – your order delivered directly to your home or office address, during weekdays between 09h00 and 17h00. Note that because we use independent courier services, no deliveries will take place on public holidays or over the weekend.
- Collection from our satellite locations, Tokai and Sun Valley, Cape Town. This is available via prior arrangement.
We do our best to offer you a fixed and affordable delivery price, however this is determined by our independent courier services and is calculated based upon a number of variables including your location, size and weight of package. Our delivery charges are as follows:

Delivery and collection times may vary depending on when your order is placed; when payment is received and cleared in our bank account and the time that it will take us to pick, pack and arrange to get the order delivered to you and/or ready for your collection. Estimates are provided below to help you shop.

At this stage we do not ship internationally as yet, however are in the process of setting ourselves up so that we can do so. Please do contact us by completing the international enquiry form on the International Orders Page should you wish to find out more or are interested in receiving our products.
We will notify you when your order has been dispatched and will provide you with a waybill number for tracking purposes which you can track via our independent courier service providers.
When your order is processed and must be picked, packed and couriered to you / collected by you; we have put certain measures in place to double check that the quantity and/or products have been correctly packed before shipment to you. We do however acknowledge that human error is possible, therefore if you do receive your order that is incomplete, please do contact our customer care via the contact form on our contact page.
Once payment has been received and you have received your Payment Confirmation email, we are unable to change your delivery address.
If a product goes out of stock, it will reflect as such on the website.
We do our best to prevent sales of products that are out of stock, but due to the digital nature of our business the opportunity exists for an item to go out of stock after an order is placed. If you have already ordered the product on the website when it goes out of stock, we’ll let you know. You will then have the option to be refunded or credited for any amount already paid by you, or you can wait until the product comes into stock again.
Pre-orders allow you to place advance orders for products that have not yet been released. When you place the Pre-order, we then order the product in advance from our suppliers.
Note: release dates are subject to change without prior notice. We’ll try to keep you informed of any potential changes.
To secure your pre-order we ask for prepayment prior to placing the order with our suppliers. Whether paying via credit card or EFT, immediate payment is required.
