Shipping & Delivery
Delivery via courier is faster and is delivered to your door. We use independent courier companies to assist us with our local deliveries.
Local collection is available via prior arrangement via our satellite locations in Tokai and Sun Valley, Cape Town.
South African deliveries
- Deliveries are made to local, major and regional centres.
- Courier deliveries are made between Monday and Friday, between 9am and 5pm.
- No deliveries are made on weeekends or public holidays.
- If you live in a main city centre (determined by our courier companies), your order will take between 2 – 5 days to get to you.
- For remote or outlying areas your order may take up to 7 days to get to you.
- Please note that orders to remote or outlying areas may attract additional courier fees depending on delivery destination.

We are able to absorb the costs of delivery when your order exceeds R950.
When will my order be dispatched from Simply Rooibos’ stores?
We dispatch all orders, unless otherwise stated within one working day of receiving payment confirmation. If you pay via credit card we will receive payment confirmation automatically as soon as you have paid. If payment is made via EFT or bank deposit, your order will only be dispatched within 24 hours of your payment reflecting and clearing in our bank account.
Late Deliveries does not equal a refund or cancellation of your order
Unplanned and unforeseen circumstances happen, i.e. road blocks, road closures, accidents, adverse weather conditions – all of which could prolong the delivery time. This seldom happens thought, however if it does, then a “late” delivery is not grounds for a refund or cancellation of your order. If your order has not been delivered timeously please do contact our support office, via the contact form on our Contact Page or email email@example.com providing us with your order number so that we can assist you with your enquiry. Alternatively kindly refer to your email notification confirming dispatch to obtain your waybill number so that you may follow up directly with the respective independent courier company.
